Arada launches Jenna with 631 homes at Sharjah’s Dh35bn Aljada community
Six-building project offers modern apartments with integrated smart features
DUBAI – Dubai-based Arada has launched Jenna, a new residential complex within the Dh35bn ($9.5bn) Aljada development in Sharjah.
The project introduces a collection of 631 homes spread across six buildings, marking another addition to one of the emirate’s largest master-planned communities. Sales have commenced for the first 100 apartments under the Jenna 1 phase, with full completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2029.
Located near Aljada’s main entrance on West Boulevard, Jenna offers a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The development combines contemporary design with practical living, targeting residents seeking integrated urban lifestyles within a well-connected neighbourhood.
Jenna residences
Each residence at Jenna is equipped with smart home technology and fitted appliances, aligning with growing demand for digitally enabled living spaces. Residents will also benefit from access to on-site gyms and swimming pools, enhancing the development’s focus on wellness and convenience.
The complex is located within close reach of several key amenities. Raffles World Academy Sharjah is set to begin operations in September, while the Aljada sports complex is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. In addition, Madar Mall is scheduled to open by the end of 2028, adding to the area’s retail and leisure offering. West Boulevard itself already hosts a variety of shopping and dining outlets, further strengthening the location’s appeal.
Sharjah real estate
The launch of Jenna coincides with continued growth in Sharjah’s real estate sector. Data from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department shows that total trading value reached Dh18.5bn in the first quarter of 2026, compared to Dh13.2bn during the same period in 2025. This represents a year-on-year increase of 40.7%, underlining sustained investor confidence in the emirate.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, highlighted the resilience of the market, noting that Sharjah has built a reputation for stability supported by large-scale developments. He added that projects such as Jenna are designed to offer access to world-class amenities within integrated communities, catering to evolving lifestyle expectations.
Aljada growth
Spanning 24 million sq ft, Aljada is set to include more than 25,000 residences alongside retail, sports, wellness, hospitality, office and educational facilities. The community is already home to over 20,000 residents and continues to expand as new phases are delivered.
Its strategic location provides connectivity to major transport routes, including Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Dhaid Road, as well as proximity to Sharjah International Airport.
In a further sign of ongoing development activity, Arada confirmed last month that it had awarded construction contracts worth Dh2.04bn for 2,210 residential units across 14 buildings within Aljada’s upcoming phase, reinforcing the project’s steady expansion.
